Made in Abyss Vol 3 by Akihito Tsukushi || This is the only thing I’ve finished since my last www post. I was planning on being my introverted self, spending my time enjoying some good books, but then things happened and people came by and more people came by and MORE PEOPLE came by. So I ended up spending the entirety of the first 10 days of the month surrounded by people and doing things… outside of my house. So this manga volume is all I could manage. I have mixed feelings about it because the story is cool, the art is beautiful and the world is quite interesting as well. It’s just that there are some weird nudity moments that kind of leave me uncomfortable. I don’t own any more volumes and for now I’m holding off on buying any more.
The Dark Half by Stephen King || I bought some Steven King books and so I started this one too see what it’s about. This author fakes the death of his pseudonym and then a bunch of people start to die. There are also excerpts from one of the books this guy has written under his pseudonym and it seems really violent. So far it’s not making that much sense yet but I am definitely intrigued. By the way, can you believe that I now own 6 Stephen King books while I have only read 1… which I only gave 3 stars… Do I have a problem?
A Nearly Normal Family by M.T. Edvardsson || I started off so strong with this! Before all these people came to visit, I listened to about half of the audiobook in one day and was really enjoying it. Then I had to put it aside for 10 days and now I feel like it’s draaaaaaaagging on and on. Damn people. Ruining my book for me. 😂
These are the books I have recently read, am currently reading and plan to read next.
Have you read any of these books?
What was the last book you finished?
Thanks for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day!
