I know Halloween is behind us. But I was tagged! Actually tagged, not by myself. How exciting. I was tagged by Kayla @Kdrewkthebooksorm. Thanks again for tagging me! This tag was originally created by Katytastic on youtube, about two years ago. There is a list of 10 creatures and you are supposed to name your favorite book. One problem: I barely ever read paranormal. BUT I have a bunch of paranormal books on my TBR list on Goodreads. So I’ll just tell you what’s on top of my list!
I have been talking about how I want to read more of Stephen King’s books. Especially some older ones. This one is fairly old I think. And the synopsis sounds very creepy.
I found out I have no books about werewolves in on my TBR, NONE! I fixed that. Even though I’m not really a big fan of the idea and a lot of books about werewolves are romance-ish I found something I think I might like. I must say I was attracted by the cover.
This is one I actually own! I have tried to read it before and got to about page 50 of 460. It was very suspenseful and strange but it didn’t have me completely hooked yet. The fact that the synopsis was so short and mysterious is what had got me interested.
Another one I own! I have read a little bit and it seems really interesting. I have a feeling this series is very unique, that’s what got me.
Harry potter is actually higher on my TBR but that would be a boring choice. This is a pretty new release. The fact that it’s about a girl who is the only female sorcerer sounds like a great plot.
This one is on the top of my TBR because I own it. I bought it because everyone seemed to absolutely love this. I’m not sure how I will actually feel about this because it’s very romance based.
That title, that cover! It could turn out to be really cool, or really strange. But I can’t wait to find out!
This book has been standing out to me for such a long time. Because the synopsis sounds great, people on book tube have loved it AND the cover is gorgeous.
I actually didn’t know this book was about aliens. All I knew was that it’s about people hearing each other’s thoughts. I was searching ‘Books about aliens’ to see if I’d recognize anything that’s on my TBR, and this one popped up! I really want to read this one.
There are way more books I want to read in this category, like Gone, Vicious, Red Queen, Gone, The Lightning Thief, The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer. The reason being I’m way more interested in people with superpowers than other creatures. BUT I’ve actually read something in this category. So we’re going with that. The Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children series. Superpowers, peculiarities, same deal. I think these books will still be in my favorites among this category, even when I read more. Because I loooooove them. You can find my spoiler-free review here.
